Engineering Lead (Warsaw)

The role

You'll lead our Warsaw engineering office, a team of about 10 full-stack engineers building the platform our customers quote and purchase on. You'll own hiring, delivery and code quality, and you'll still write code. You'll work directly with the founders, our SF team and our customers.

• Full-time, in person in our Warsaw office

• Lead and grow a team of about 10 engineers

• Set technical direction for a SaaS product deployed to customers internationally

• Up to one week of international travel per quarter (SF HQ and customer sites)

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of genuine full-stack experience

• 5+ years leading engineering teams of around 10 people, ideally in Poland

• You've built and run internationally deployed SaaS

• You work at the frontier of AI coding and push your team to do the same

• Fluent English

• You're comfortable working for founders in their early twenties

Nice to have:

• Series A to C startup experience

• Client-facing work

• Time working outside Poland

Compensation

• $135K-$150K base salary

• 0.02%-0.05% equity
