At Telepatia, we're building the new standard of medical intelligence in Latin America. Our AI-powered products work directly inside clinical workflows: transcribing consultations, generating structured medical records, assisting clinical decisions, and integrating with any health system.
Doctors today spend up to 40-70% of their time on administrative work instead of patient care. We're changing that by building AI "healthcare employees" that operate in real time.
The role
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll design and build the automations that connect Telepatia's platform with the systems and workflows our clients run on every day. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and turn repetitive operational work into reliable, automated processes.
What you'll do
Design, build, and maintain robotic process automations (RPA)

Automate repetitive operational workflows across different business areas

Integrate internal systems and third-party applications through APIs and automation platforms

Troubleshoot, monitor, and improve existing automations

Document automation processes and technical solutions

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation

Support testing, deployment, and maintenance of automation projects

Learn new AI and automation technologies as our platform evolves

What you bring
3+ years of experience in software development or automation

Degree (or currently pursuing one) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field

Programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or C#

Understanding of basic SQL and relational databases

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment

Fluent Portuguese

Nice to have
Familiarity with APIs

English proficiency
