This is not only a coding position. We are looking for someone who can understand an existing system, explore current workflows and integrations, help make architectural decisions, and then participate hands-on in building the new solution.
What You'll Be Working OnYou will work with our technology team to:

Analyze and understand our existing applications, databases, and workflows Review our current Zoho CRM processes, APIs, automations, and integrations
Help design the architecture for our new system
Develop and migrate functionality from our existing platform
Build new backend and frontend functionality
Design and optimize database structures
Work with APIs and third-party integrations
Help improve application and data security
Identify technical risks and recommend better solutions
Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing technical support
Document important architecture, integrations, and workflows
